Now is a time for giving thanks and this month, to thank our husbands for listening to us talk all about the differences between the books and the movies we force them to watch, we decided to thank them by having them pick the books and movies this month!
We started this month with the Carlos pick and now its time for the Jesse pick- Heart Of Darkness which inspired the movie Apocalypse Now.
Neither of us knew what we were getting into when he picked this. Did he try to warn us? Yep. Did it work? Nope. Did Francis Ford Coppola somehow mange to turn this short story into a 2 1/2 hour epic film? Duh!
